We would like to say a big thank you to Helen and Mark for our wonderful stay at The Parlour at the beginning of July. Everything was really exceptional and it felt like home from home. We were staying there because our granddaughters wedding was just down the road. Thank you for being so helpful with the parking of our large motorhome and also the people that popped in and out to see us while we stayed with you . We would not hesitate to recommend you to others

Comfortable, clean, well equipped accommodation in rural location. Friendly hosts. Tastefully furnished, storage space for food is good. Housed 3 adults comfortably. Wifi good. Lots to see in the area but a car is essential. Have recommended to friends and will definitely consider returning.

Fantastic holiday rental located in an area where there are a lot of visitors attractions within easy driving distance. We would highly recommend this cottage to both friends and family. The hosts were both discrete BUT there should you need them. Had a smashing holiday despite the gloomy weather.

What an absolute perfect place to stay it was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, the welcome basket and milk were the icing on the cake especially as we arrived late evening. We (2 elderly parents, myself and a teenager) travel up to see family regularly and we have stayed in many places but this was absolutely outstanding and by far the best, we will definitely be checking availability for our next visit. The rural setting was amazing and very peaceful which is what we enjoyed, no noisy traffic or street lights. We didnt use the games room so cant comment on that but I cant recommend the accommodation enough if i could of scored it higher than a 10 i would of, it was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay we hope to see you again soon.

A superbly appointed, immaculately clean and well equipped property, which, together with the neighbouring Stables, we used as a venue for a "significant" birthday celebration with family. It would be very difficult to imagine how our break there could be bettered. Owners very welcoming and friendly.

We have stayed in the Stables 3 times now and it has been fantastic. We are a group of 6 adults and 2 children. The facilities are brilliant and all done to a very high standard. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are excellent and the beds are comfy. There is plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, along with some lawn games for everyone. The local Chaddesley Woods offer beautiful walks / runs and Habberley Trail is great for a family day out. This place has become a regular family holiday location and we will return regularly. Recommended.

I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough! It’s well equipped, in a gorgeous location and Helen and Mark are excellent hosts. Any queries or concerns were quickly answered and we were made to feel very welcome. We all slept really well and there were nice communal areas indoors and outdoors to utilise. We all had such a lovely time catching up and hope to visit in the future. Thank you again!

A beautiful barn finished to a very high standard. The space is comfortable, spacious and relaxing with a country luxury feel. Helen and mark have made sure the place is fully equipped and caters perfectly for families and children. I can highly recommended a stay. We shall be returning. Fab stay! 5 stars.

Helen and Mark are the wonderful hosts of a fabulous cottage. We stayed as a family prior to our daughters wedding, the cottage is the perfect place for a family together. We loved everything about the cottage and its location.

This barn is immaculate and spotlessly clean. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, though unobtrusive. The welcome pack was lovely (thank you Helen) and the kitchen very well equipped. We were blessed with beautiful weather, so our time at the barn was spent mainly in the lovely garden area with the comfortable garden furniture and umbrellas. The games barn was perfect, with toys for our 2 year old grandson as well as ‘table’ games which would suit older children and teenagers. I really can’t find fault with this property and we certainly hope to visit again in the future.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the Stables - Mark and Helen were lovely and very attentive. Ride on tractor toys were even brought for the two kids! Cottage was warm, decorated to an excellent standard and with good quality kitchen equipment and furniture. There's a lot to do in the local area as long as you don't mind driving a few minutes. We would happily come back again.

When we arrived we were met and offered help to carry in our belongings and during our stay we were asked if we needed anything and also got to chat.Having been to many holiday lettings in the past we would say that there were none cleaner and would thoroughly recommend a stay there.

Beautiful accommodation, immaculately presented. We were a party of 6 / 7 adults. Perfect layout allowing us all to gather in the lounge and sit round the table in the kitchen. With the downstairs shower room, and upstairs bathrooms there was plenty of space for everyone! Surrounded by fields, and farmland with cows next door, but also v near to restaurants etc and towns. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I wish them every success in this venture - I'm sure once folk discover this place it will be difficult to get booked in!!

We were a three generational family group, and found The Stables to be both superbly equipped, and very comfortable for our needs (wonderful beds!) We were spoilt for choice for activities in the surrounding area; a wonderful stay was had by all. Both Mark and Helen were kind and attentive hosts. We have no hesitation in recommending The Stables!

Great location, fabulous cottage with lots of space inside and outside. The decor was lovely. The living room is a great size for a group. A second living room is available as well. The bedrooms were luxurious with en-suites and tvs. The games room was a good addition. We wished we could have stayed longer. Really nice feel and comfort. Nothing missed. We had a great time and would return.

Excellent holiday all round in a beautiful part of the country. We were made very welcome from arriving to leaving . The Stable had everything you would need for all weather young or old and we would highly recommend it.
