We would like to say a big thank you to Helen and Mark for our wonderful stay at The Parlour at the beginning of July. Everything was really exceptional and it felt like home from home. We were staying there because our granddaughters wedding was just down the road. Thank you for being so helpful with the parking of our large motorhome and also the people that popped in and out to see us while we stayed with you . We would not hesitate to recommend you to others

Multigenerational family aged 7 to 80!!, 13 people in total taking both properties.
Helen and mark are so welcoming and on hand to provide as much or as little assistance you might require. They provided an excellent starter pack of tea/coffee local bread and butter and biscuits. Both places were exceptionally clean and well equipped. Beds, linen and towels very comfortable.
The grandparents were able to stay separate from the children in the parlour with the kids aged 7-13 having access to the outdoor space and the amenities in the barn - table tennis/badminton/darts/skittle’s/paddling pool/swingball and many more.
2 very lucky tween girls had their own spacious twin bedroom with TV!! 2 tween boys in a twin upstairs and a small bunk room for the littlest. Leaving the parents with spacious rooms with en-suites.
We were very lucky with the heat wave weather eating outside every day using the BBQ charcoal starter packs provided. Thank fully high specification electric fans were provided and by keeping the black out blinds closed we were able to maintain a comfortable temperature in the bedrooms despite the heat wave!!
We visited Worcester cathedral, Warwick castle, Cadbury world , hanbury hall (national trust) garden centres, local cafe Morton’s became a regular for the grandparents. We took a trip to Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon in nearby Warwickshire.
The chequers pub with dining area which accommodates larger parties was reasonably priced.
We explored ironbridge and bridgenorth in neighbouring Shropshire on our way home.
The amenities of both properties and weather to enjoy the outdoor spaces certainly made this one of the best group family holidays we have had.

Thank you from Diane, John, Molly and Thomas

Comfortable, clean, well equipped accommodation in rural location. Friendly hosts. Tastefully furnished, storage space for food is good. Housed 3 adults comfortably. Wifi good. Lots to see in the area but a car is essential. Have recommended to friends and will definitely consider returning.

A well equipped, attractive cottage. Many thanks to the host for sending lots of information in advance of our stay and for being on hand for help if needed.

Fantastic holiday rental located in an area where there are a lot of visitors attractions within easy driving distance. We would highly recommend this cottage to both friends and family. The hosts were both discrete BUT there should you need them. Had a smashing holiday despite the gloomy weather.

What an absolute perfect place to stay it was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, the welcome basket and milk were the icing on the cake especially as we arrived late evening. We (2 elderly parents, myself and a teenager) travel up to see family regularly and we have stayed in many places but this was absolutely outstanding and by far the best, we will definitely be checking availability for our next visit. The rural setting was amazing and very peaceful which is what we enjoyed, no noisy traffic or street lights. We didnt use the games room so cant comment on that but I cant recommend the accommodation enough if i could of scored it higher than a 10 i would of, it was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay we hope to see you again soon.

A superbly appointed, immaculately clean and well equipped property, which, together with the neighbouring Stables, we used as a venue for a "significant" birthday celebration with family. It would be very difficult to imagine how our break there could be bettered. Owners very welcoming and friendly.
